This blog is about getting slim the healthy way, not starving my self not exercising after everything I've eaten, not weighing my self twice a day. I've been there, done that and its not pretty. It is not just going to be about my progress, ill be posting pictures I love, inspire me etc... pictures aren't mine unless I've said so. Im not doing this blog for followers im doing it for me but if I do get followers then yeah that's great. 


- Between 1,200 - 1,500
- Exercising everyday for 2 hours.
   wii fit, EA sports, joggings, sit ups, jumping jacks, crunches.
- Saturdays & Sundays = 200 jumping jacks, 200 sit ups and 100 crunches.
- No junk food.
- Drink plenty of water
- Eat plenty of fruit and veg. (and salads)
- ill take a picture of my body every 2 weeks so i can see progress.
- weigh myself once a week.


Im aiming to loose the 10 lbs of fat, and then just tone up. 


Highest weight = 11 stone.
Lowest weight = 7 stone.
Current weight = 9 stone.
